For the fifth consecutive year, the University of South Florida places among the top 50 public universities in America, according to U.S. News & World Report’s annual ranking of the best colleges. USF also reached its highest overall position ever at No. 89 among all universities public or private.

Get ready to celebrate a Bavarian-style October with USF St. Petersburg's first-ever Bulls and Brews by the Bay event. Also called "Okto-BULL-fest," the fundraiser will raise money for the St. Petersburg campus general scholarship fund, which provides much-needed financial assistance to students at the beginning of each academic year.

Thousands of USF students move on campus as residence halls fill to capacity
